  • BENEFITS: Spanish speakers hold erroneous beliefs about insurance and finance in this country. Educating them on these topics significantly increases their participation in benefit plans.

  • SAFETY: We do more than simply translate safety information into Spanish. Workers from Latin America have deep-rooted cultural reasons for resisting safety precautions. These MUST be addressed for an employer's program to be effective and to ensure compliance with OSHA.

  • U.S. WORKPLACE CULTURE: Workplace requirements and values are very different in Latin America. We teach Spanish-speaking employees what the expectations and priorities

  • SUPERVISORY SKILLS: Spanish speakers who are promoted to foremen or supervisory positions often do not have the training to be effective leaders in a workplace in this country.
