We used the Futuro Sólido USA DVD presentation on the benefits of 401(k) plans as part of our benefits education program for our Spanish-speaking employees.  We had over 60% of our Spanish-speaking employees who attended the educational meetings sign up for the 401(k) plan.  We were very pleased with those results.
